The public TarotAstro service does not require an account or login cookie. This page describes the storage technologies that may be used.
1. First-party local storage
Saved birth charts use localStorage under the technical key web_tar_saved_charts_v2. It remains on the device until the user deletes the chart or clears site data.
2. Analytics
When Google Analytics 4 is active, the browser loads Google's tag and may send usage data and technical signals to Google for statistical measurement. This integration is controlled from the site's configuration.
3. Advertising technologies
When Google AdSense is active, Google and its providers may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping and fraud prevention, subject to regional settings and consent requirements.
4. External services
Place search calls Open-Meteo's geocoding API directly from the browser. Network requests may expose the entered query, IP address and standard HTTP connection data to that provider.
5. Controls
Users can delete saved charts from the interface or clear tarotastro.app site data in the browser. Third-party cookies and identifiers can be managed through browser settings and any consent controls made available by the advertising provider.
